  • Student Job Search connects tertiary students with meaningful employment opportunities, from their first year of study through to two years post-graduation. Supporting a wide range of needs, from casual work to graduate programmes and permanent roles, the organisation partners with employers across industries nationwide. To support a refreshed website and broader communications, a new suite of imagery and video content was required to reflect the diversity, energy, and authenticity of the SJS brand.

  • The content needed to feel candid, vibrant, and distinctly Aotearoa, while resonating with a broad and diverse student audience. Imagery had to balance personality with functionality, working seamlessly across digital platforms, integrating into the brand’s visual language, and allowing flexibility for multiple formats. A second phase required more narrative-driven, action-based content capturing real student experiences in authentic work environments. Alongside this, the project required full end-to-end coordination, including talent sourcing, location scouting, and managing a multi-day shoot across varied settings.

  • A cohesive and versatile image and video library was developed, centred on authentic, in-the-moment storytelling. The first phase focused on vibrant, personality-led portraits in relatable settings, while the second phase captured students in action, gardening, cooking, nannying, and more, highlighting the diversity and energy of student work. A two-day, multi-location shoot was executed with both photographer and videographer, ensuring a wide range of content outputs. End-to-end production was managed, including casting through Student Job Search, sourcing locations, wardrobe, styling, and props that subtly incorporated brand elements. The result is a dynamic, high-energy content suite that integrates seamlessly across the website, campaigns, and promotional channels.
